Area lake is getting close to 10-12 percent pool capacity, Wondering if there are opinions whether this make it easier or harder to catch fish.

My guess is that the fish will move to the deeper water and stay near the vegetation.

I’m a huge fan of Rich Johnson. You catch them all year in the harbor.
Guys would walk in the tackle shop in January and February. They don’t
want you running charters on the off season for more reason than one.
The Hudson River is one of there main spawning grounds.
